About Me

I am a Scottish borders based English Tutor, freelance writer and Narrative Designer using every opportunity to pack up the moleskin journal, hop on my trusty steed and explore the wild.

Born in Portsmouth, I attended Oaklands RC School and later the Six Form College studying English language & Literature before graduating with a Honours Degree in English & Creative Writing at the University of Chichester.

I have been based in Edinburgh for a number of years, in awe of its beauty and inspiration everyday.

My love for Jules Verne, travel writing and adventuring has taken me as far and wide as Robin Hood Bay in Yorkshire to St. Petersburg, Russia; and this only spurred me to continue my exploration of the world & myself.

Along with my trusty steed Tina (2015 touring bike in Olive green) we have plenty of miles behind us but even more rubber to burn.
